Do you drink semi-skimmed milk to be healthy? You’re a fool, and here’s why: yes, it has only 2% fat to full fat milk’s 4%, but I’m guessing the amount of milk you consume varies by a lot more than 2% each day. Making your tea with full fat milk and then removing a teaspoon of it from your cup is just as healthy a lifestyle choice, because the impact is also completely negligible. The result is insignificant, so I think it’s a foolish thing to do.
Did you like that? Here’s another: vitamin supplements are only useful if you’re pregnant (or trying to get pregnant), under five, over 65 or receive very little sunlight. Do you take vitamin pills but you’re none of those people? You’re a fool. You receive every vitamin you need in a normal, healthy diet, plus it’s easier, cheaper and more enjoyable.
