Blind Prisoner: How can you move faster than possible, fight longer than possible without the most powerful impulse of the spirit: the fear of death.
Fear is a necessity for your best performance. It’s a limitless source of energy, driving you, making you alert, and ensuring you apply yourself. In the same way that our fight or flight response has helped us survive throughout evolution, so can it help you to perform your best when speaking. You just have to harness it.
Don’t think of fear as your enemy, but your ally.
