It’s easy to get put off something, right? Such as:
- A particular vegetable that you were given, over-cooked, at school.
- A physical exercise you’ve tried once.
- Speaking in front of a group.
Don’t let a bad experience put you off public speaking. Get stuck into into it again and you may find that it’s actually not as bad as you remember. Even better, doing it as a group makes things way easier.
But how? Easy. Set up your own public speaking group where you work, at lunchtimes or in the evenings after hours. You’ll:
- Smash those fears.
- Strengthen your working relationships.
- Benefit your company (you may even get some recognition from higher up the ranks).
Show some true courage and try it out.
